Chelsea will be facing London rivals, Tottenham in the next round of the Carabao Cup on Tuesday night.
The Blues who have had a rough start to the 2020/2021 season, will be looking to register a win tonight against Jose Mourinho’s team.
The Blues come into this match on the back of a 3:3 draw with newly promoted side West Brom in the English Premier League match day 3 last weekend.
Next up is a trip across London to face rivals Tottenham for a place in the next round of the Carabao Cup.
Speaking ahead of tonight’s game, Chelsea’s manager, Frank Lampard confirmed that new signings, Ben Chilwell and Mendy would be available for selection today.
Lampard also told reporters that Pulisic and Ziyech are not far away from full recovery, but they will not be ready for today’s encounter still. Lampard also refused to confirm if Edouard Mendy will be given his debut today.
