School Reopening: Federal Government Gives Another Statement About The Resumption Of Schools.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has given all school proprietors up to July 29 to meet all the COVID-19 rules discharged for the safe reviving of schools. 


The Minister of State for Education, Emeka Nwajiuba, made this known today July 17. 

As indicated by an announcement discharged by the Ministry of Education’s Director of Information, Ben Goong, the Minister said schools are required to attempt self-evaluation and send criticism to State Ministries of Education, not later than July 29. The Minister included that an official date for safe reviving of schools will be declared once these rules have been set up. 

Nwajiuba said the Federal Ministry of Education, counseled broadly with the Federal Ministry of Health, Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC), the Education in Emergencies Working Group before creating and flowing the rules gave for the reviving of schools.
